Saguaro National Park Photography Tour Straddling the city of Tucson, Saguaro National Park preserves enormous stands of the giant saguaro cactus. Though known primarily for these great cacti, the park is also home to various nesting birds, gila monsters, kangaroo rats, javalinas, roadrunners, and a plethora of finely adapted desert vegetation. I will lead you on a photographic exploration of this fascinating area, bringing breadth and depth of knowledge from his years of living in Tucson (I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995). The tour is scheduled in March to ensure that temperatures will be manageable and that flowers will be in bloom. Don’t miss your chance to experience one of the most unusual landscapes and ecosystems in North America!
