Death Valley National Park Photography Tour

Join me for a tour through the hotest, driest, and most spectacularly untamed landscape in North America. You’ll scope out the valley from Dante's View at 5475 feet above sea level, then descend to Badwater at 282 feet below sea level; you’ll photograph sculpted rocks and canyons from Zabriskie Point and …. This region flaunts volcanic craters, salt pinnacles, jolty mountain peaks, shrieking colors, and ingeniously adapted flora and fauna, all of which makes Death Valley a photographer’s dream.

With me as your photo guide, you won't be stuck wondering if you’re in the right place, catching the right light, or using the right exposure. You are sure to get the best photos the park has to offer.

Frank Damon Death Valley

"I had a wonderful and rewarding time during Jon's photo tour.  I not only saw some beautiful places, but learned a lot about my camera use (Canon 5D mkII) and techniques of the trade.  I also realized that there is much to learn about hyperfocal distance and composition, among other things, and Jon has inspired me to keep improving and to master these techniques."
